On the first floor a large balcony offers a view over Garda and the Rocca (hill). On the second floor a wide glass window creates a unique environment between the open living room, the terrace, the sky and the lake. 5 minutes walk from the lake, our apartment provides an exclusive permanent parking space.

The bedroom is entirely made of stone, as it was originally, and is naturally cool in summer and warm, thanks to underfloor heating, during the winter. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a lunch or a pleasant breakfast. Outside there is a garden with a relaxation corner.
