Le Petit Toit Gîte at La Charpenterie

Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

House dating from the middle of the 19th century, independent access, restored with respect for materials, wood, stones, ideally located in the Belle Valley, very quiet environment and yet very close to the historic center of the village, classified as a "small city of character", you can enjoy an enclosed garden, with shade or sun, as desired, private parking, access to the private pool area, with pool house, beaches, deckchairs will be at your disposal. Possibility to rent bikes.

Set in the heart of the countryside, La Grange des Rocs is housed in a carefully restored old stone barn. The large, open space combines reinvented antique objects with contemporary comfort in a harmonious and warm atmosphere. A unique venue for a one-of-a-kind experience, featuring a wooded garden and an outdoor swimming pool. The barn is one of the outbuildings of an old farmhouse, which also houses La Petite Escale, a separate sheepfold for two people.

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!

Enjoy with family this fabulous place to stay that offers good times in perspective. House on large plot 7 min drive from the center of Parthenay, 20 min bike ride via cycle path. Spacious house. 3 bedrooms with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. Bed linen provided but not towels. The main bathroom is currently under construction, you have to go through a bedroom to have access to the second bathroom.

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).

Our gîte "La Gâtinelle" is conveniently located between La Rochelle, the Poitevin marsh and the ocean. It can accommodate 5 to 7 people and has 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine, overlooking a well-equipped living room-kitchen (3 stars). The plus of this gîte: its large wooden terrace overlooking a pretty bocage valley, the calm of the countryside, the joys of a farm vacation, an eco-friendly gîte with character.
