Située dans un petit village du Lot, notre tiny house vous permettra de vous ressourcer le temps d'une nuit, d'un weekend ou plus. Elle peut accueillir de 2 à 4 pers avec tout le confort nécessaire, un coin cuisine (frigo, micro-onde, cafetière Tassimo..), un coin salon, une salle de bain (les serviettes de bain ne sont pas fournis) et WC Deux chambres en mezzanine, lits en 140, les draps sont fournis. La Tiny est à un quart d'heure de toute commodité et non loin de nombreux sites touristiques

The Boulevard in Beaulieu

An ancient exterior, a modern interior. Our house was built on the ancient fortification wall of the Abbey. These 12th century walls are a feature throughout the house, and keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. All rooms have plenty of natural light, quality furniture, and all the homely comforts you need on your holiday. Only a 5 minute stroll to the river, 1 minute to bakeries and the village centre. The 11th century Abbey is behind our house, so only a short walk to go and explore.

Our character gite is a charming restored barn built in 1827, enjoying glorious elevated south-facing views over hillsides to a quaint village far below. The light-filled & spacious 90m2 gite has generous bedrooms, a large open plan living area and full kitchen. Stunning views from all rooms & the pool. Continental breakfast provisions included. A superb base for exploring and 'getting away from it all' in rural France, while remaining close to amazing sights and 5 mins from amenities.

An open-concept living area is revealed, featuring a wooden dining table accompanied by several chairs. A staircase leads to the upper level. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and dark cabinetry, while natural light fills the space through overhead fixtures.

On the heights of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, recently ranked among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France", in the heart of the small quiet and peaceful village of Sioniac, let the sound of bells and roosters' crowing punctuate your days. This charming house (classified as 3* furnished tourism) typical of the half-timbered houses has been renovated by us. You'll be just a 5-minute drive to the center of Beaulieu, its shops and access to the Dordogne (2.5 km).

A cozy double bedroom features a comfortable bed with neatly arranged towels. Natural light enters through a large window adorned with sheer curtains, while framed artwork adds a touch of decor to the green walls. A small lamp and wooden bedside table complete the inviting space.

Good storage for sporting equipment. There are pretty villages to mooch around, endless fishing spots, biking routes, summer evening markets, waterfalls, walking and wild swimming spots. Electric car charging at 20 paces.
