This is a 2-room independent apartment in my family home, quiet and yet in the heart of the city, a 5-minute walk to the famous Hospices and other cultural curiosities as well as next to a multitude of restaurants and the largest square in the city where you can park your car for free, which will be safe by video surveillance.

Located in the Arquebuse district, 5 minutes' walk from the train station and the Cité de la Gastronomie and 10 minutes from the city center (Place Darcy). ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I specify that the apartment is next to the railway tracks, even if it is well insulated (sound curtains, acoustic panels...) noise pollution is present. You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
