The accommodation is conveniently located 20 minutes from Cholet, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 30 minutes from Clisson (Helfest) and Ancenis, 45 minutes from Nantes, Angers and the famous Puy du Fou Park. It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of the building with access by coded box.

The General's quarters – Second-floor apartment

Bright and airy, this quiet apartment is suitable for both business and leisure stays. Located in the heart of the Angers, Nantes, Cholet triangle, it is close to the companies Lacroix (Beaupréau) and Thalès (Cholet) on the banks of the Loire (20 minutes) or even Puy du Fou (40 minutes) and 2 km from Cinéville. Refurbished in 2024, the apartment is fully equipped for 1 to 4 people, also available for very short stays (1 night).

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
