We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.

Small haven of peace to come and rest and relax. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, with fitted and equipped kitchen. Quiet, perfect for a romantic stay or even for work. You can relax in the (private) Nordic bath provided, with one heating per day. Just a 7-minute walk from the beach, it offers 4 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 3 bathrooms, a heated swimming pool (April to September), a large south-west facing terrace and private parking. Shops and amenities are in the immediate vicinity. Cleaning fees are included in the price and cover all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).

I am renting out a fully renovated 30 m2 studio, a 200 m walk from the large beach of St-Cast-le-Guildo, in a residence with a swimming pool open in July and August. Possibility of providing two bikes on request. Activities in St-Cast: golf, tree climbing, swimming pool, beach, fishing and sea outings, hikes along the beautiful coastline.
