Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance to Mataelpino, a small village in the same municipal area as Cerceda and El Boalo. It's a separate apartment located on the same estate as our house. It has a living room/kitchen/dining room that's heated in winter by a pellet stove, and a bedroom with a bathroom. There's a portable electric radiator in the bedroom. In summer, it's very cool as it's largely built of rock. The apartment has a separate and exclusive fenced garden area with a barbecue, a table and chairs, and garden chairs for enjoying the sunsets. It's a quiet area surrounded by nature with lots of paths and trails for walking and unwinding. We'll be delighted to make your stay as pleasant as possible and are available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

The Swamp House

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

It has a heated pool, paddle court, Pickleball, barbecue, ping pong, pool table. All the exclusive use of the renters. It is accessed from a 5.5 km dirt track it takes 10 to 20min

The accommodation is a small house, made with mostly ecological materials and lovingly furnished and decorated to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The little house is in our garden, but it's separate. The plot has direct views of the Guadarrama National Park and is a very quiet place of spectacular beauty. It's a five-minute drive to La Pedriza, twenty minutes to the Puerto de Navacerrada and thirty-five minutes to Plaza de Castilla (Madrid).

It is a guest house located within the plot where the owners' house is. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The garden, barbecue and pool are for the common use of guests and owners, but we respect the privacy of our tenants. For work reasons we are practically not at home throughout the day. Inside the house you CANNOT smoke and pets are NOT accepted without previously consulting with the owners
