Bathroom: toilet, walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer. 4th room with table football game. Due to Belgian legislation, you must bring your own linen (sheets & towels), pillows and duvet are provided. The luxurious Italian sofa bed ensures that you can sleep 4 people. The double bed has an extra long mattress so that even the taller people can sleep wonderfully. Walking and MTB trails start at the Kota, and our animals (chickens, dogs, cats, horses, alpacas and even a camel) walk around comfortably.

The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
