Washer and dryer in the laundry room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, with new bedding, each offered in 1 180 x 200 cm bed or 2 separate 90 x 200 cm single beds and their shower room and separate toilet each.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.
