Cottage with private terrace and garden. Peaceful

Maison rénovée située au cœur des vignobles Bordelais, à 35 minutes de Bordeaux, 15 minutes de Libourne, 20 minutes de Saint Emilion, 40 minutes de la Citadelle de Blaye et environ 1h20 des plages (Dune du Pilat, Arcachon). Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

This charming country house is surrounded by woods and bordered by two streams. Situated 5 minutes' walk from the picturesque village of Lignan de Bordeaux, Château de Seguin and Château de la Ligne has become one of the most popular venues for wedding celebrations in Bordeaux . The house has 3 large bedrooms, a comfortable lounge/dining room, a large bathroom . Outside, there is a large, landscaped garden, a large shaded patio for outside dining, and 10 x 5m swimming pool shared with us.

Completely renovated in 2021, this charming house located on a wine property, surrounded by vines, is 7 kilometers from the center of Saint Emilion, on the banks of the Dordogne River. Relaxing stay for the whole family. Hopefully you will be able to see hares, deer... Within reach of the most beautiful wine properties on the right bank: Petrus, Cheval Blanc. Libourne and its market will be 3 kilometers away. Slightly further afield, 30 min. Bordeaux, 1 hour from the Dune du Pyla.

Cottage for 4. Ideally located. The site offers several equipped and independent host cottages. Within a wooded property it seduces vacationers on the one hand, nature lovers and city dwellers. At the edge of a forest set up for joggers, it is 25-30 minutes from Lacanau and the Arcachon basin and 15 minutes from Bordeaux center. It allows you to enjoy all the attractions of the Metropolis . The 5 mins that separate us from the airport facilitates logistics.
