Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Zum Dachsbau - Three rooms on the Baltic Sea

Minimum stay: 2 nights! Three rooms: a private bedroom, a private kitchen & a private bathroom in a beautiful village about 4 km from the beach. The room can also sleep 3 people as it would be large enough. The third person would have to sleep on the sofa or on a mattress on the floor (in the same room). From here you can explore the Holstein Baltic Sea very well. Our family consists of me, my wife and our two sons (8 years and 5 years) as well as our dog.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Prinzenholz vacation home on Kellersee

The apartment is located in an idyllic thatched cottage with lake views. The house is located on a spacious property on the edge of the Prinzenholz. The decor is friendly and bright. Biking and hiking trails start right at your doorstep, and canoe rental and swimming facilities are close by. The apartment has its own sun terrace and garden area. The apartment in the English shabby mix impresses with the accents and details selected with love and care. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. The apartment is 50 square meters and for 3 people, an ideal place to spend a few nice and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea (6 km). It has a large living room with separate sleeping area with 180 x 200 bed and window to the yard, as well as a beautiful kitchen area with sitting area and a bathroom with 90 x 90 shower. There is an extra bedroom 90 x 200 bed and in the yard is a shed for the bikes.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiels. The quiet apartment building is located in a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
