Independent accommodation, and self check-in, located on the 1st floor of an old house full of charm, this spacious 2-room apartment combines authenticity and comfort. Bright and functional, it accommodates 2 adults and a small child/baby. You'll find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a friendly dining area and a cosy living room with extra sleeping space for a child. Espresso machine, Wi-Fi, travel cot: everything is designed for a peaceful and practical stay.

It includes, on the ground floor, the kitchen and toilet; upstairs, the bedroom and its bathroom (be careful, the staircase is a little steep). A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
