Villa Erik is a 3-bedroom villa with a secluded pool, located in Kayaköy, a part of Fethiye that is steeped in history. Fethiye Centre or Ölüdeniz Centre are a 12–15-minute drive away. There are a small number of restaurants and grocery shops in the area. Note: Heated pool available from 1 March to 1 December. Heated pool option available. The price per night is €35 or TRY 1,750, with an additional charge for pool heating electricity. The pool water temperature is between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius; it is not a thermal pool.
