Lovely cottage house in Perche (Normandie)

Venez vous détendre ou télétravailler en pleine nature ! Spacieuse, très confortable, la maison peut accueillir 7 personnes, plus un enfant. Elle est située à 900 m du centre-bourg, dans un hameau de 3 maisons en bordure de forêt, et permet de rejoindre les commerces de proximité (boulangeries, pharmacie...) à pied, et de partir direct en balade dans la forêt de Perche Trappe. Le tout à 15 min de Mortagne, à 2 heures de Paris via la N12, et à 10 min de la base de loisirs nautiques de Soligny.

Beautiful and large house in the west, 2 hours from Paris, where you can meet with family for family reunions, and with friends around the fireplace, French billiards or large tables. The house is nice, comfortable, cool in the heatwave. The place will be appreciated by nature lovers (birdsong, etc.) Well exposed, sheltered from the wind and close to a pond and a wood, it has a wooden terrace above the stream, a vegetable garden and a small chicken coop. The house, renovated, full of charm, is not overlooked, at the end of a path. It is 2 km from basic shops (small market on Friday).
