It includes 1 kitchen/living room of 40 m², 3 bedrooms including 1 adjustable (either 2 beds of 90 or 1 bed of 180), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 covered terrace plus 1 covered summer lounge area with its terrace. Marie Claude and Joël will be happy to welcome you and if necessary we live right next door.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of nature

Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with centuries-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The sheepfold

A beautiful barn conversion surrounded by forest. A tranquil location with the sounds of wildlife. Tastefully decorated in keeping with the original characteristics. Roaring cast iron wood burner for those chilly evenings. All the amenities you need to cook your gourmet meal. Your own private pool, hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. The barn is the second property on the location meaning you will be greeted by the host with a warm multi-lingual welcome. You will have complete privacy.

For your comfort, you have parking, private terrace and dining area, equipped with microwave, kettle, coffee maker (Senseo), and fridge. Linens are provided. WiFi and TV connection.

This independent studio is part of our main residence, and we are delighted to make it available to you. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the studio's private terrace, pool, and barbecue. The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes). Secure parking on site. Baby bed.

Our mill along the water

Our old water mill has been rehabilitated into a dwelling house. With its independent entrance, its large windows have a breathtaking view of a green setting that will delight you! It is composed of 2 pretty bedrooms, a bathroom, 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher etc. You can enjoy the beautiful covered terrace and in the summer you can swim in the river!
