The Hobbit House

This is a rare survivor, a rustic and original 15th Century medieval town house brimming full of character with loads of quirky features. From centuries old terracotta tiles (tomettes) to the original steep solid oak spiral staircase. It sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms, 1 double, 2 twin rooms and a single room. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay at our, Modern 3 Bedroom ( 2 Air conditoned 1 mezanine) gite that sleeps 6 with large living space and fully equiped kitchen. The property is situated in an extensive garden with covered and open air seating areas next to a swimming pool and wood fired hot tub thats use is exclusivly for gite guests. No disabled access, not suitable for small children. (Access to property through a flight of stairs).

A fully renovated workshop in a small hamlet in the heart of the countryside, on the border between Charente and Limousin. The accommodation has a kitchen with a gas hob, an electric oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. The living room has a large sofa, a TV, and books and magazines. The cottages of the old orchard, 2-person cottage located to the left of the farmhouse, with a porch and an individual front door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from 6 October to 21 April) and garden furniture allows guests to enjoy the sun; it is accessed via the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat alfresco and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
