The apartment, with its huge windows, is located in a very special position, directly on the water: surrouded by a gorgeous terrace, you have the priviledge to be at just 5min walk from the centre along the lake promenade and isolated at the same time. A terrace of 120square mt allows you to enjoy a landscape made up of only water, sky and mountains. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs.
