I really enjoyed Greg and Laura’s house: it was in a great location (safe, walkable, near the water), the bed was cozy, Netflix was available, the wifi was stable for my work meetings, and there was coffee, tea, and sugar available. My daughter and I enjoyed having a pot of tea on the big front porch one afternoon. All in all, a great stay, and good value.

Amanda was a responsive host. The Airbnb looked like the photos and was well decorated. I found the main space to be on the cool side but it did warm over time. This is a great spot to explore the county from and the main street of Picton is within walking distance.

Lynden was such a great host! Communication was flawless, she responds within the hour every time. The place itself was just as beautiful as the pictures. My friend kept raving about how particularly clean it was. I have nothing but great things to say about our stay in this apartment. Unexpected bonus: the couches were super comfortable, the body wash smelled so good I had to ask her where it was from and there’s Netflix! I would definitely stay here again!

Rochelle’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs. The unit is very clean, clutter free and has all the amenities. Our trip was changed a bit so we spent the majority of our time out of Peterborough so wasn’t able to explore the area as much as we wanted. Would happily recommend this unit to one seeking a comfortable, clean, private place. If we come back to the area, I would 100% stay here again. I was staying for two weeks at Brian's place: it was an excellent stay, the attic is much better than it looks in the pictures, very quiet, though in a lively area, right next to the Queen's U. campus. I was alone, travelling for business, but I think it would be perfect for a couple too. It is close to shops and markets to buy food or other things. I would certainly try to stay here if I come again to Kingston. Thanks for the great experience!

Very nice, clean and comfortable space. It is very quiet, but still close to restaurants, gas, groceries, etc. The hosts were very nice, accommodating and offered activity and restaurant recommendations. I appreciated my stay as there is a full kitchen, coffee machines and everything else you may need, including spices, tea, coffee, sugar, etc. I definitely recommend staying here.

After an awful stay in Florida at an air bnb, it was a nice surprise to come across Rogers excellent 2 room apartment. It was exactly what we needed, as my son was recuperating from surgery and we needed a space for him to convalesce away from the main kitchen area. His room was warm, comfortable and spacious, as was ours. The amenities were first class and the cleanliness was up to our standards. My son said that he would've liked a desk in his area where he could set up his computer, although I was ok with him being offline. The Revelstoke Cafe, right across the street, provided a wonderful vegetarian meal and a fun filled night of trivia. The price for 3 nights at Rogers was less than our average stay at a hotel and it definitely offered more bang for the buck. My only regret was that we only came across this place in year 4 of my sons education at Trent. Thanks Roger for a wonderful experience at a tough time.

The photos of this two-bedroom loft are accurate. The loft was well furnished and nicely decorated. It was extremely spacious and accommodated four adults very well. It was located in a very quiet residential area; directions for parking and check-in were clear and detailed. The garden in the back was beautiful and would be a nice place to spend quiet time. The kitchen was complete, modern and well-appointed; Diane provided snacks and beverages, which were well appreciated. Good air conditioning, plenty of hot water for showers and good water pressure. Many thoughtful touches throughout (a makeup mirror!). As one other review mentioned, the window in the one bedroom does not have a shade/blind, so be prepared to wake with the sun. The host was very communicative and provided a binder with very helpful information. We felt very comfortable there and would recommend a stay, if you have the money.

This place suited my needs completely. I was there for business and it was 4 minutes to my office. It also had everything I needed to prepare meals for myself, including standard pantry items. The hosts were excellent at keeping snow/ice cleared and even brushed to snow off my car for my morning commute. We had great communication, and they were lovely!

Su’s place was lovely! Her communication was great and she was very welcoming. It was easy to feel right at home. The space is clean, comfortable, and has character (beautiful art, books, and games). The location can’t be beat — only a few minutes walk to Princess St., right by Skeleton Park, and a stone’s throw from the wonderful Elm Café. I slept well and looked forward to returning home every evening. I highly recommend Hill House!

My daughter stayed here when her newborn son was transferred to the NICU at Belleville Hospital. Andjela’s place was peaceful, calm, pretty, and very clean—just like the photos in the listing. My daughter described it as the perfect place to find rest between hospital visits. Andjela was very easy to communicate with. Her kindness and compassion shone through with every contact. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and we highly recommend this stay to everyone.

It was a pleasure to stay at this listing for a 7-week period. The best part was its location as it is very close to where I worked whilst in Peterborough, and Andrew as a host went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I encourage you to meet Andy in person whilst staying here as he is super friendly and I think this is more obvious in person than over text. Monaghan Road that is right beside is a loud/busy road, but the windows when they are closed do a decent job of blocking out the sound. The apartment itself is an upstairs unit so it felt very quiet and private, there were never any sounds of footsteps to worry about. It had all the reliable appliances and furniture you would need for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the right pots/pans/cutlery. The slight critique of the listing is that it definitely shows its age with older furniture/decor, carpetting and ceiling paint peeling in some areas. Aside from that, I highly recommend staying here.

Having lived in Cobourg we knew the area. The location was very good...close to stores and restaurants but in a quiet, low traffic area. The apartment was well decorated, clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with basic pans and tools. It snowed while we were there and it was cleared quickly. For part of our stay the other Suite was occupied. We could hear water running from our bathroom but nothing else. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time at Terry and Heather's place! The location is picturesque, especially with the fall colours as we visited in mid-October. There was plenty to do as there are canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards. There is also some great hiking nearby! The apartment itself also had everything we needed with a double hot plate, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. Everything was absolutely lovely, we look forward to visiting again soon!

We sure loved the loft during our winter visit. What a great view out front of the lake and the hot tub in the back was really great! We hope to be back again soon!!

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very functional and well laid out. Living area was super comfortable and bedrooms were all a good size. The bathroom was also great with nice shower and heated floor! The hot tub and back deck were a great bonus! Highly recommend.
