Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Relax and enjoy time together at Creekside. The cottage is a picturesque spot for one or two guests or for groups up to 6. Extra guest charge is $20 per person after 2. Located on our farm only 15 minutes from downtown Dubuque and the Mississippi Riverfront. Explore the woods, fields, and creek on our farm. Visit the animals. A short drive to Mines of Spain, EB Lyons Nature Center, Eagle Point Park, Galena, Bellevue, Chestnut and Sundown ski areas, two monasteries, craft breweries, wineries.

This comfortable home is a 2 BR 1 BA with a full kitchen, and off street parking. It is 1 block away from the Mississippi River and within walking distance to local shops, restaurants bars, parks, and walking trails. The local grocery store is located directly across the street. Well behaved pets are welcome. The backyard is completely fenced in. NO SMOKING INSIDE. As stated in the other notes section, we are located along the Canadian Pacific Railroad and there will be trains going by.

Have you ever wanted to stay in a Tiny Home but haven't had the opportunity? Now you can stay in a custom built Tiny Home right along the mighty Mississippi River in Bellevue Iowa! These Tiny Log Cabin Homes feature all the comforts of a standard home including Heat/AC, Kitchen, Bathroom, living room and sleeping loft. Each Tiny Home sleeps 4 adults with a queen bed in the loft and a pull out sofa in the living room. Outside is a private picnic area.

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!

This cabin is located on the serene backwaters of the Mississippi. It is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway, or ideal spot to rent for fishing tournament‘s or duck hunting. This cabin is situated next to pool 13, and there is plenty of space for multiple vehicles and boats to park. Only half a mile away from the loading dock and close by to an Illinois State Park, our cabin allows Guests to enjoy nature in a relaxed setting.
