Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Attic apartment in a quiet location with lots of wood in a 3-family house directly adjacent to the forest and a nature reserve. The studio has a skylight with a beautiful view of Port/Bellmund. No balcony, but a nice garden seating area can be used. Bus stop about 150 meters away. The motorway entrance to Biel, Neuchâtel, Solothurn, Bern and Delémont can be reached by car in about 3 minutes. Ideal for nature lovers.
