The studio apartment consists of a BEDROOM, KITCHEN, PRIVATE BATHROOM, 15 minutes walk from Savassi, Downtown, Hospital Area, near the Lifcenter hospital, next to restaurants, supermarket, and various types of commerce. Near the Pope's Square, Mirante, Parque das Mangabeiras. Restaurant, Bakery 20 meters from the place, supermarket, drugstore, and other shops 50 meters away. This STUDIO does not have a washing machine.

Separate entrance from the main house which is in front of the apartment. Very quiet and private place perfect for tranquility. Apt has fast Wifi and a hammock. In the kitchen there are: frigobar, electric stove, coffee maker and fan. Lots of natural light, lots of green and a dining room in the backyard. Apt is cool in the hot summer days
