Located in the Novo Eldorado neighborhood, with varied commerce, supermarket, bars, gym next door and accessible restaurants on foot. Bus lines for the entire city. Metro Station. The bedroom has a key and the kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony are shared with the host. We don't allow visitors. We have animals, 4 cats and a dog that circulate and are docile. Cozy room with 3 beds, dresser for storing belongings, fan. We are not smokers and do not allow drugs in the environment.
