Two studio apartments next to each other are located in the back of the main house in the SERRA NEIGHBORHOOD, SOUTH ZONE OF BH. The studio apartment consists of a BEDROOM, KITCHEN, PRIVATE BATHROOM, 15 minutes walk from Savassi, Downtown, Hospital Area, near the Lifcenter hospital, next to restaurants, supermarket, and various types of commerce. Near the Pope's Square, Mirante, Parque das Mangabeiras. Restaurant, Bakery 20 meters from the place, supermarket, drugstore, and other shops 50 meters away. This STUDIO does not have a washing machine.

Kitchen with stove and minibar. Private bathroom. Accommodation without luxury, but organised for those looking for practicality and great value for money. We do not provide towels.

Fine rustic chalet in Casa de Campo Pampulha, one block from the edge of the lagoon, in a common area of 9,000 m² with swimming pools and kiosk. The garden has dozens of native trees, palm trees, fruit trees, as well as numerous ornamental plants. It is a small reserve within Belo Horizonte. The chalet has luxury furniture and the kitchen is complete and of high quality. Our intention is to serve the guest in every way and ensure the best and happiest stay in our Casa de Campo.
