The flat has three separate rooms, ideal for 2+2+1+1. All the beds are REAL beds with high quality mattresses! (NOT pull out sofabeds ). There are lots cafés and restaurants in the neighborhood but the flat overlooks a street that is quiet at night. It is on the 3rd floor, so it is very bright.
