Two bedroom, one bath cottage, fully equipped kitchen, surrounded by oak trees. This Texas Hill Country gem is surrounded by Fredricksburg, Llano, Burnett and Marble Falls where you can spend the day antique shopping, and the evenings relaxing on your private deck. The cottage is around the corner from Fall Creek Winery, ride a bike over and picnic at one of Texas's finest winery. The cabin is quiet with two waterfalls and a fire pit for an evening under the stars. A "big" Scrabble Board in the garden for you to enjoy a quick game. Lake Buchanan is less than five minutes away by car. The lake is known for its abundance of Striper and Hybrid bass fishing. Feast on the best Barbeque in the world. Six state parks are within a thirty minute drive. Most are great for hiking, fishing and boating. The Llano River is just five minutes away and it is wonderful for kayaking and fishing. Enchanted Rock State Park is nationally known for its hiking and rock climbing and only a thirty minute drive. The house is situated in the most opptimum location for avid hunters that come to the area, Llano County is known as the Deer Capital of the world. Our neighborhood is very quiet...very safe. Say hello to our neighbors as they drive by (its far and few between).

Welcome to this quaint studio apartment in the country! Just a couple of miles from town you have a little place to escape and unwind. Relax in the pool under the beautiful oak trees. Nap in a hammock to the sway of the breeze. Enjoy a place to rest after a grueling hike at Colorado Bend State Park (or the little nature walk). Front porch with swing and large back porch with patio furniture. Front looks out to large open fields with regular deer, rabbit and turkey sighting. Because of our area, we have limited Wi-Fi.
