The central location allows great excursions, for example beautiful bike tours or hikes on the Rhine or Moselle trails & the various dream trails/dream paths. Surroundings: -> Neuhäusel 2.4 km (supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, etc.) -> Vallendar 6.5 km -> Koblenz 10 km (next laundromat) -> Bendorf 10 km -> Montabaur 14 km -> Neuwied 20 km

Das Apartment befindet sich im Dachgeschoss meines 2 Familienhauses. Eine offene Galerie, mit Schlafzimmer, großem Wannenbad und separater Toilette, die ausschließlich vom Gast genutzt wird Das Schlafzimmer kann von innen und außen abgeschlossen werden Ein sehr bequemen Boxspringbett 1,40 erwartet Sie. Es gibt gratis W-LAN und Internet TV. Eine Kitchenette mit Wasserkocher, Dulce Gusto und Kühlschrank sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die erste Etage bewohne ich,dieser Bereich ist absolut separat.

Bei Bedarf auch 4 Personen (Schlafcouch - Beachte: 120cm Breite!) möglich. Die Außenanlagen sind noch nicht fertig gestellt. Zentrale und ruhige Lage in Bendorf (Einkauf / ÖPNV < 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar). Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Trockner können nach Absprache genutzt werden.

Unser Apartment liegt am Waldrand und bietet einen schönen Aussenbereich im Grünen. Zur Zeit kann es leider wegen einer Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück hin und wieder unter der Woche tagsüber zur Beeinträchtigung durch Bautätigkeit kommen! Abends und nachts genießen Sie aber die hier sonst übliche Ruhe ohne Autoverkehr.
