You'll love my new place in the countryside, village 900 inhabitants - quiet. It has a bedroom +TV, 1 bathroom with shower + bathtub, 1 room with toilet, 1 equipped kitchen + living room with 1 sofa bed 140 (2pers)+ armchair bed 1pers.+TV. Baby bed can be added. Bed linen & towels are available.

The apartment is on the first floor of the owner's house, (former farmhouse) with independent entrance. The apartment is centrally located in a village of 900 inhabitants. 5 km from the German border, which can be reached thanks to the ferry located 2 villages further away (free). The largest amusement park in Europe is only 20 minutes from the apartment. (Europa park) The village is located halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg and 20 km from the Wine route.

Sundhouse is located in the heart of Alsace between Colmar (35 km) and Strasbourg (45 km). You are close to the Wine Route with its authentic villages, Germany and its Black Forest and Europa-Park (25 km) with its new water park. You will be spoiled for choice with a multitude of sites to visit and discover in the surrounding area. If needed, our village has a restaurant, bakery, butcher-caterer, small supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, bank dispenser, etc.

Charming Alsatian house dating from the 19th century, halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar. Close to the famous Europa Park amusement park and Rulantica Water Park, unique in Europe. Ideally located, close to the most beautiful Alsatian discoveries (museums, historical sites, wine route and typical villages at the foot of the Vosges...) Water bodies suitable for swimming are located close to the house.
