I just celebrated my 40th birthday in the Intempo building and I can't be more satisfied. The experience has been simply unforgettable. From the first moment, the treatment received has been impeccable. The attention to detail, the quality of the facilities and the luxury environment created the perfect environment to disconnect and enjoy with my family. I especially emphasize the tranquility that you breathe throughout the building, something very valued when you are looking for real rest. The views, cleanliness, interior design, and common areas far exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, exclusivity, and elegance made this stay a truly special celebration. We will definitely repeat. Thank you for making my 40s such a special moment.

A Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended!!!

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!

Clear video and instructions to find the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment was neat and clean, well tidied up. Located in a quiet area, supermarket, restaurants and the sea is all very close. Upon arrival, I did miss some basic hygiene things like a toilet roll and a little hand soap. Everything else was fine!

The apartment corresponds in everything with the detailed, 3 spacious rooms, 2 full wc, living room with terrace... It has everything you need to spend a few days without a problem. Everything is very clean , comfortable beds. Around the corner there is a super , 3 bakery/pastry shops, and a little further on the promenade with countless options to eat. It is located in 2 row to the sea but it is 5 min walking and you reach the beach , sandy and very good for children. It has a garage for a large car that makes everything easy. Roberto was attentive to us and answered my questions quickly. She had flexibility in schedules . He came to give us the keys and show us the whole floor . We had an excellent weekend in this flat in Finestrat. Everything was spotless - clean, well cared for, and all necessary amenities. The pool is a great plus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying good weather. The location is also very comfortable, and the setting is quiet. As a suggestion, it would be ideal to place some sign or decoration on the glass of the staircase, since it is very transparent and my little brother did not see it and hit himself unintentionally. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would definitely repeat.
