Monthly Rentals in Berea

I loved Jan’s home. When I look for an Airbnb I am primarily looking for a comfortable, safe place in a quiet neighborhood. Jan’s place exceeded my expectations with all of that and more. Beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the house has everything you need. The neighborhood is super quiet and feels very safe. I was there for a month and felt very much at home. This home is in North Greenville about-equi distant between Travelers Rest and downtown Greenville and if you have a car -pretty easy to get around. Jan was a great host and even gave me a heads up about iced roads during a cold snap. I appreciated that. I enjoyed my month there and really hated to leave! I hope to stay again when I am in the area!

My business stay was exceptional! I had a clean, quiet place to work and sleep. Was close to shopping and entertainment. Adam was very helpful and accomodating with my check-in and stay, despite a burricane and local storm damage. His communications were always prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay again if I am ever back in the area. The home was clean and stocked. It felt like home away from home. I had no issues during my stay.

We enjoyed the decor, comfortable beds and the inside and outside was beyond lovely. Sitting on the dock with sun on my cheeks while I watched a beaver busily swim back and forth and smack its tail multiple times was a highlight for me. The birding was also amazing.

Heron's Roost is a lovely lakeside getaway on beautiful grounds. San and Karl greeted us upon arrival and made sure we knew where everything was for our outdoor adventures. Inside, we found the basement apartment immaculate and having a wonderful vintage vibe. Three sliding doors provide a full view of the outdoor beauty. San and Karl put some breakfast items in the fridge for us as well as a bottle of milk and instant oatmeal. We always appreciate this kind of thoughtfulness. The large built-in bookshelves hold an extensive and eclectic library along with the coolest Dart Board I've ever seen. We enjoyed fishing off the private dock in early mornings and evenings. We easily caught Blue Gill, Brim, Smallmouth Bass, and Catfish (bring worms). And, of course, we played Darts well after bedtime. We never turned on the TV. San and Karl are lovely, interesting, and respectful hosts. We hope to stay here and spend time with them again.
