Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Located in the heart of the Perche region, less than 2 hours away from Paris, come and relax in this typical Percheron house, fully renovated with stone walls, exposed beams, bricks and terracotta floor tiles. The property is set in one hectare of land with an orchard, a garden and a large park with sheeps, all not overlooked. The house has two terraces: the main one faces east and overlooks the park, while the second faces west, so you can enjoy the outdoors as the sun shines.

An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Beautiful gîte located in the middle of 12 ha of nature, between meadows and forest to stroll and observe the animals, quiet and relaxing place. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir Valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful villages by the river by the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, the farm is located 3 minutes from the gîte, you can pick up your bread at the farm and taste wine at our winegrower friends.

Near the land of Ronsard and the Loir Valley, you will find Lavardin, the troglodyte city of Troo, the commanderie d'Arville. Equestrian activities 10 minutes away. Vendôme TGV station 15 minutes away (Paris 43 minutes).

"Chez Mémé Caillou" is a recently renovated independent old house, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing on sunny days.
