Climate-smart little cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (Separett). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove and fridge. In the garden there is garden furniture and a barbecue, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the bar sky. The cabin is furnished with solar cells that provide limited but enough electricity to e.g. fridge and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/disabled due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

On the east coast of Öland, you will find the charming village of Runsten. Stay in a cozy farmhouse where there is space for the big family. On the backside of the house there is a private secluded place for lovely barbecue evenings and relaxation. It is about 20 km to Färjestaden and 30 km to Borgholm. We live about 4 km from Bjärbybadet a nice and popular sandy beach. There are also many other beaches in the near. Welcome to Öland! One double bed and two rooms with single beds. Upstairs living room. Broadband available.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende som ligger i mitten av Öland,perfekt plats att utgå ifrån om man vill utforska hela ön. 1,5 km till närmsta badplats som är Prästviksbadet Lökenäs,badplatsen har gratis parkering och toaletter. 7 km till Ölands djur & nöjespark. Ifrån Juni till September så har ni tillgång till ladan som ligger på tomten där det finns airhockey,pingis,dart & biljardbord för dom regniga eller sena spelkvällarna. Det finns även sällskapsspel & utomhusspel.

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Modern cottage (2020) with panorama view over the archipelago and situated 10 m from the water. This retreat is suitable for family of 4 persons.

Close to the sea holiday home.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.

Renovated charming farm house on Öland. The house is located on the east side of Öland in the village Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Close to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärbybadet not more than a few kilometres away and only 15km to the bridge bracket and less than thirty miles to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
