“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. Unique overnight stay in a national monument

The living room has a comfortable sitting area with TV (with all Dutch channels) and is equipped with WiFi. Just like the bedroom and bathroom, the living room also has an indoor balcony with French doors. The living room flows through a dining area into a small kitchen that is equipped with an induction cooktop with 1 cooking pit, refrigerator, combination microwave, and tableware, sufficient for preparing a simple meal. For a fee, groceries for breakfast can be ready.

With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.
