With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

Lovina Beach House by Urban Home Stay

Lovina Beach House is a cozy two-room apartment with stunning North Sea views, just a short walk from the beach. Accommodating up to five guests, it features a stylish beach-style interior, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, and a spacious dining area. The separate kitchen includes modern appliances like a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Two minimalist bedrooms offer double beds, plus an extra sleeping option. A private balcony provides the perfect spot to relax in peace.

Kennedy Beach House - the apartment near the sea

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. We look forward to hosting you!

Unique overnight stay in a national monument

The living room has a comfortable sitting area with TV (with all Dutch channels) and is equipped with WiFi. Just like the bedroom and bathroom, the living room also has an indoor balcony with French doors. The living room flows through a dining area into a small kitchen that is equipped with an induction cooktop with 1 cooking pit, refrigerator, combination microwave, and tableware, sufficient for preparing a simple meal. For a fee, groceries for breakfast can be ready.

Completely new apartment in a beautiful location near the center, forest, dunes and beach. The apartment on the 1st floor features a living room with balcony, sitting area, dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen. Bathroom with sinks, rain shower, washing/drying machine and separate toilet. Two bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds, smart TV and wardrobe. The apartment features a balcony. You may use the garden on the ground floor, but it is under construction.

Parking is free throughout the neighborhood and two city bikes are available to explore the area. You won't want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. You will find a wonderful stay on the floor of the home. On the left is the centuries-old Adelbert Abbey and at your doorstep is the North Hollands Dune Reserve. In 3 km through dune you are walking by the sea. Mira you offer a double bed (140 by 200)and a 1 person sofa bed in the living room. Fully furnished private bathroom and spacious living room with microwave and fridge. No kitchen

The property is known and famous for the many artists who have performed there. It's the ideal home base for exploring the city and the region. On the ground floor you will find one of the best and hippest restaurants of Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the waterfront.. The entire house is new and high-quality finished.

And how about shopping in 't Loo, the weekly market, shopping center 't Hoekstuk or the station center, everything is possible.
