Lovely house in Bergen

Wonderfully spacious and bright house in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Great for families: private backyard and playground right outside the door. Close to the cozy center of Bergen with shops and restaurants. On the edge of the dunes and close to the sea. Near Alkmaar. Amsterdam is 35 minutes away by train. Downstairs, there is a living room and kitchen. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a third bedroom in the attic. You can park on our premises, and there is also free on-street parking.

Studio Panorama, panoramic views and total privacy

Enjoy the fantastic panoramic views. Our studio has a luxurious bathroom with rain shower, kitchen with dishwasher, combi microwave, induction hob, Nespresso and spacious refrigerator, underfloor heating. Complete privacy on the outskirts of Bergen with the city center 5 minutes away. Free use of 2 bikes. It is possible to bring your dog (see the house rules for the conditions and extra costs). In June-September, rentals are per whole week from Saturday to Saturday, outside of that, a minimum of 3 nights.

Studio Studler

Sinds 2024 verhuren wij Studio Studler. Studio Studler is een vrij staand zomerhuisje achter onze woning met een eigen opgang en tuintje, gelegen aan de rand van het bos en vlakbij het centrum. Het huisje is geheel vernieuwd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huisje beschikt over een luxe keuken, gezellige eethoek, lekkere tv hoek met Pelletkachel, airconditioning en een knusse slaapkamer met een bed van 160x200 op de eerste etage. Het huisje heeft eigen afgesloten terras met tuinset en bbq.

Geheel vernieuwd, strak en modern! Karakteristiek pand, omgebouwd van school tot luxe woonruimte. Een unieke plek met veel privacy op steenworp afstand van het centrum. Heerlijk genieten van de omgeving, zoals bos, duin en strand, maar je kan ook een een behandeling boeken in de beauty ruimte gelegen naast de woning. Voor meer informatie kijk op de site van chancis. Toeristenbelasting moet worden afgerekend ter plekke. Dit is € 2,75 per nacht per persoon.

Barn apartment with unobstructed views

Independent house located in the meadow area of Bergen. The house is located in the rear part of the barn and is located at the back of the yard with unobstructed views over the meadows. The house is authentic, but equipped with every comfort. The cozy city center of Bergen is only 2 km away. The beach is about 8 km away. The house is on the property where the owners also live. Of course, the house offers privacy. The yard is accessible through a gate.

Studio "Het Atelier" in the heart of Bergen.

Studio "Het Atelier" is located in a very quiet place in the heart of Bergen in the middle of the greenery. A cozy sunny terrace adjoins my large garden. There is no traffic here, only nature and tranquility around you. Still, it is less than a 5-minute walk to the supermarket. The sea is 5 km away. The dune area is close by. You can cycle or walk for hours through the beautiful forests and dunes where wild horses and cows graze.

Aan de voet van de duinen, met vrij uitzicht over een prachtig natuurgebied, ligt deze sfeervolle houten lodge op 600 m² privéterrein met eigen toegangshek en carport. Geniet van de grote binnentuin/orangerie met mediterrane sfeer, een pelletkachel met loungeplek, een complete open keuken én (optioneel) gebruik van de privé hottub. BBQ’en op het terras, daarna de hottub in met uitzicht: vakantiegevoel gegarandeerd.
