Recreational area Geestmerambacht (walking, cycling, swimming, water sports) is within walking distance. Our studio is perfect for couples looking for a nice spot between the outdoors and the city.

The current residents have converted the front into a flat for 2 with spacious bedroom and bathroom and bright kitchen. The rooms offer wide views over the polder. Corneille is a Super studio in Alkmaar.

This studio is located 200 meters from the center of Alkmaar, 200 meters from the station, about 3 kilometers from Bergen and about 6 kilometers from Egmond. It is located in the garden of our city villa. The studio has its own entrance. A large roof terrace is shared with the cozy residents of the city villa. On the street, there is the possibility to charge your electric car. If there is no space on the street, there is a parking space for your car on the premises.

Irene's Birdhouse

Irene's Vogelhuis is located behind our house on the Breelaan in Bergen. That is close to the cozy center, but also very close to the forest, the dunes and the beach. An ideal place and perfect base for two people who want to enjoy Bergen and its surroundings. The studio is equipped with every comfort, modernly furnished and clean. We charge a fixed price per night including cleaning fee and tourist tax. A dog is also welcome, we charge a little extra for that.
