Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Use our motor boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A motorboat and bikes are available so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Herenhuis Zaandam nabij Zaanse Schans en Amsterdam

Een lief herenhuis met een heerlijk ruime tuin op 3 minuten afstand van het treinstation, 10 minuten van Amsterdam en de Zaanse Schans. Je waant je soms op het platteland want ondanks dat je midden in het centrum van Zaandam zit, maken de vogels je 's ochtends wakker en door de niet doorgaande straat is het heerlijk rustig. Op een paar minuten afstand zit je op de Dam van Zaandam en met de Zaanse Schans en Amsterdam om de hoek, kun je alle kanten uit.

De Scheepslift staat op de oude scheepswerf die vroeger werd gebruikt om schepen uit het water te hijsen. Omgebouwd tot een knusse woonkamer met een keuken de Scheepslift is te betreden door een buiten trap en het naastliggende gebouwtje voorheen scheepskantine is omgebouwd tot slaaphuisje met een douche ruimte en een apart toilet . Aan de voorkant bevind zich een beschut terras .
