The truth was that the house seemed super comfortable, well equipped, we felt very comfortable, the large spaces! Rosana was very friendly, attended to our inquiries and always attentive and considerate! My family who came to visit from another province were very happy, and we hope that on the next visit to La Plata this place will be available!! Very grateful! Highly recommended!!

THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOUSE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. So stylish, so many details, it looks like a Louvre! LOCATION? Amazing! In front of the famous San Telmo Mercado. Deserves 10 stars , not 5. And I travel a lot! 👍💘

Very good experience! Dario and Cristina welcomed us kindly in the house, they showed us how everything works and were always attentive. The house is even bigger and more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It has many amenities to live in, and is very well maintained. It is very close to the Train Station and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would definitely come back!

Vicky’s place was amazing! I rented the place together with 5 other students for a study project. It is located in a safe and quite place in San Telmo, with local bars, sportscafes, restaurants etc. Vicky was also very helpful and communicative! For longer stays, I would certainly rent it again!

We really enjoyed our stay in San Telmo! We stayed for about a month and there was plenty of room. Love the high ceilings and loft-like space. The location was great — close to the market and lots of restaurants. It is right on the main street of the neighborhood, so it can be noisy especially if you like to have the windows open. The bedroom is in the back so it was quieter there. Pablo Jose was helpful, and we were able to check in early.

Excellent stay. The house is very functional and very pleasant, the garden is superb, Chris was very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. I recommend it without hesitating!

The house is modern, tastefully decorated, immaculate. It has a garden with a grill to enjoy. Vehicle can be stored inside the property, which is very helpful in unloading luggage. Osvaldo a great host, super friendly, attentive to any concerns, did not have any problems with the check-in and check-out times, which were flexible. He recommended very nice places to go for a walk. We will definitely be back!

We stayed a Mariano's apartment as the last stop on a long journey around Argentina and it was the perfect end. Mariano's place was perfect for exploring San Telmo with everything you need in walking distance. Mariano was a super laid back and friendly host who made us feel right at home and was quick to suggest where to go and what to do and was very accommodating with check in times to correspond with flight. The apartment is beautiful, in a amazing old building and the BBQ was great to have on our last night. Would definitely recommend!

We were made to feel very welcome by the gatekeepers, all very kind and caring. We used the pool and the terrace's barbecue, very nice. The apartment is very well assembled, with a very good bath and a comfortable bed. The location is strategic. We were walking to Porto Madero, Ricoleta, Casa Rosada, Caminito and Mercado San Telmo. It has several kiosks and nearby markets. We would recommend it! Great value.

I’ve now stayed at Carlos’s place a number of times. It’s truly a great spot for those wanting to stay in Recoleta. Please see my prior reviews of this property; but in summary, it has an amazing view overlooking the park leading up to Our Lady of the Pillar Basilica, there are plenty of cafés and restaurants right below the apartment & within walking distance, and everything else short taxi ride away. Carlos is an amazing host, and I look forward to continuing to stay here on future trips to Buenos Aires.

Great place for a family vacation. The apartment is located in a modern and secure building. The accommodation is well equipped and has a large balcony with a magnificent view of the streets of Buenos Aires.

Excellent apartment and communication with Laura. I really liked the location, tired of locomotion and close to tourist places, you can go to the neighborhood the mouth walking. So too, the very friendly concierge, made me an induction of the different amenities of the building. If I would go back to Buenos Aires, I would go back to this place. 👍

If you are visiting Buenos Aires, don't miss your chance to stay in Graciela's apartment! Very well located, close to restaurants and the city's main landmarks! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures and extremely clean (which for me was a very positive factor)! Graciela served us very well and was extremely proactive in our doubts! I intend to return soon!
