Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Berisso

The wonderful thing about Ambers flat is the view. From the 18th floor the view is stunning, across Palermo and the green open spaces beyond to the River Plate, and on a clear day the shores of Uruguay beyond that. The flat itself is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows letting in light from two sides, sunrise from one side and sunset from the other. It is well equipped, with a washer and dryer within the flat, a large TV in the main room, and great storage space in the bedroom. On the ground floor of the building there is a good sized swimming pool and recreation area. It is positioned within the best part of Palermo Soho, right next to the recreational space of Los Arcos (which you can look down on from the flat) with its restaurants and high end retail outlets, and also a great gym called Megatlon. Highly recommended !

Apartment just as described. Unique city view. Optimal location to get around town. Possibility to access ammenities such as gym, laundry, terrace. Wi fi worked great when I had to work. The hostess available and flexible. I recommend it for short and long stays. Thank you :)

We had a great time as a family at Santiago’s apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. The balcony is beautiful with a bbq on top. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed 12 days at Pablo & Kristoffer’s condo. Everything went smoothly! Pablo greeted us at the entrance and explained everything we needed to know about the residence. He was also reachable if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio with the barbecue and the jacuzzi! The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and green spaces in the area. We used Uber (inexpensive) to travel to the various sites in Buenos Aires. It was always a pleasure to get back to our condo to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb!

We really enjoyed our stay and had a warm welcome from Julian. The place is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped for long stays. I was with my wife and 10 month old baby and the host's organised a cot for us. We stayed for 2 months and settled in nicely in the first week. The location is really good, close to a big supermarket and Abasto shopping Mall and is in walking distance to Palermo and Recoleta. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

We had a very nice stay. Our host, Emanuel, was very flexible and reactive to our questions. We appreciated in particular the location of the house in Palermo, close to stores, restaurants and parks; inside the house, it was very quiet and it has 2 small outdoor spaces , which was useful for our grandson to play. The house is large with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, but there could be more furniture in the living room, to gather together.

We had a great stay in Sergio's house. Sergio himself was always easy to contact and gave us some information that we needed. The place itself is VERY spacious, a little heaven inside the busy city. The garden at the back of the house is very peaceful, although the plunge pool was too cold to use, which was a touch annoying as this was one of the main reasons why we decided to splash out the extra money to book Sergio's place. When I was in BE, I cycled everywhere around the city and I can say, this is by far the best area. It is steps away from a lovely square with loads of lovely places to eat and a lovely park with a regular market. We absolutely loved being in this area and were sad to leave. Palermo is by far one of the nicest places in BE. A few people mentioned the cockrill in the morning, we could hear him, but it did not stop the enjoyment of the house. A few mentioned a garage next door, but we hardly heard them or noticed them as it is not a busy garage. Recommended.

Our group - 10 people - stayed at Casa Bill in January/2025, the place accommodated our group well. The house was impeccable (cleaning, organization), everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and with facilities close to the house (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants). The hosts were super present and quick in all communication with us. Near the date of our check-in, they sent us the information and arrangements about the house (all very organized), as well as important and cool tips about Buenos Aires. It was a great experience!

Very good experience! Dario and Cristina welcomed us kindly in the house, they showed us how everything works and were always attentive. The house is even bigger and more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It has many amenities to live in, and is very well maintained. It is very close to the Train Station and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would definitely come back!

Ezequiel is a super host. His property was perfect! My kids were sick and he helped with finding a pharmacy, and had great suggestions of restaurants and things to do. Loved the home!

I’ve stayed at this apartment a few times now. The hosts are great. Marcelo gave a perfect welcome with very clear instructions. Very clean apartment with more amenities than are listed. And I liked the welcome basket with wine and kitchen amenities. Such nice and unexpected touches that make the experience special.
