This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent.

Everything is renovated with a fantastic view of the Alps, Bern and the Gürbetal. 7.5 Km from the city center of Bern and 6.5 km from Belp airport. Private bathroom. 10 minutes walk to Bern main train station, 5 minutes to Zytglogge and the Einsteinhaus; seconds to dozens of shops, restaurants and the Bernese night life, but also only 5 minutes to the Aare, or the famous Bear park. The apartment has 2 separate parts (see below for details). There is no elevator.
