Monthly Rentals in Berriedale

We had an enjoyable time at Andy's place, we especially love the views at sunrise. The house is well-stocked with and the beds are comfortable. Really appreciate Andy accommodating our request, very hospitable and helpful host!

It's one week of renovations away from being perfect. There was some unfinished work on a sink in the bathroom, the shower can be a bit dark, it would be great to have a bit more rugs on the ground and there is only a small selection of dishes (should be just enough for two people). The things that they had were amazing! Great kitchen, clean and modern bathroom, amazing couches, bed and TV. The wifi is good, the sauna is great, and the view is superb! It's a great stay for couples and I'm sure they will fix the issues i wrote above soon.

Bella Rosetta is our favorite place to stay in Hobart. It's comfortable, clean and uncluttered plus the view over the Derwent River is amazing. Fauzi and Paul are excellent hosts and I highly recommend their unit.
