Jimmy's place was just as described. We had an enjoyable stay - it was in a quiet, safe, well-located area - close to everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in Nashville.

I enjoyed my stay. The detailed property description accurately reflected the reality on the ground, and everything worked out well. The neighborhood was pleasant, with plenty of nearby shops. Robyn, the host, was kind and highly communicative throughout my visit.

My stay was here was absolutely surreal! I loved being close to downtown Nashville, yet removed from the noise of it all at the same time. It was so peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, public and first watch are right across the street. Carrie also went out of her way to ensure my stay was top tier. She was always responsive and helpful. I loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future! Thank you Carrie!

We could not have asked for better hosts, a better location and a more comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful neighborhood, close to everything, and yet very private, quiet and safe. Our hosts gave us outstanding recommendations, we wasted no time settling in, and I’m not sure I’ve ever slept in a more comfortable bed. I slept so soundly. Lori and her husband are kind, cool and we felt like locals. Did pretty much everything they recommended. The place is super cool, plenty of room for a couple. We could tell by the things they had in the place for us that they are very thoughtful cool people. Perfect, I highly recommend if you like privacy and the neighborhood vibe, nice knowledgeable hosts and an extremely comfy bed. We’ll be back & many thanks.
