Monthly Rentals in Bertem

We had a wonderful 4 ½ months in Oud-Heverlee and immediately felt at home. The café operations did not disturb us. Instead, we were able to enjoy the stunning terrace, which we had all to ourselves, especially in the mornings before the café opened at 2 PM. The surrounding nature is impressively beautiful. Many small lakes and great forests criss-crossed by small and large paths invite you to walk and cycle. The old town of Leuven can also be reached by bike in half an hour.

This worked perfectly for my stay. Private, clean, lots of kitchen supplies. Near where I needed to be. Very quiet. Everything I needed for a good stay.

Second time we stayed at Jarek's place. We loved it

A retreat just like we were looking for! We stayed for one week in Michael’s backyard house. Michael was a great host; very nice, helpful, and open to have a chat. The house is very modern, well-equipped, and was very clean when we arrived. The fireplace downstairs acts as the central heating system but there is a heat pump in the living room area upstairs which makes it cozy to watch TV. The neighborhood is comfortable and quiet but a bus stop towards Leuven is right around the corner. The surrounding forested area is great to take walks through. We can definitely recommend this as a cozy retreat with city trips within reach :)
