Charming house with equipped kitchen, three steps to access the living room and lounge including a 140 cm sofa bed, a TV. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double bed. Terrace, gas barbecue. The cozy apartment with Savoyard decoration, consists of a living room with TV (Wifi via orange + TV with Canal+), a kitchen with central island (with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), a master bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 (with TV), another children's room with bunk beds (mattress 80 x 190), toilets, a large closet in the hallway to store coats and shoes, and finally a bathroom equipped with a shower, washing machine and storage.

Less than 2 hours from Paris via the A16 motorway, the château is the ideal place for large family or friends gatherings or teleworking sessions combining comfort and charm. Set in a large park with tennis court, the château is furnished in the old style and decorated with care. Attached to our house, it has a separate entrance, a small kitchenette and a shower room. Outside there is garden furniture and a barbecue. We live on site with our 3 dogs.
