The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Waterfront house

This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers . Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Located along the bief, in the heart of Chablis, our small, typically Burgundian house will welcome you in a charming setting. Its terrace , its garden bring a very pleasant outdoor space, perfectly exposed to rest. The largest wine estates, as well as the most beautiful panoramas of Chablis are very close. Composed of two bedrooms, a living area, and a vintage-style kitchen, you can prepare your meals or access the many restaurants in Chablis.

Wooden chalet in the countryside in Pontigny

"Le chant du pré" is a wooden chalet with a covered terrace. A cocoon in a tranquil setting in the middle of a plot of more than 3000 m2 where our hens roam freely. Located in Pontigny in the Yonne, 400 meters from the magnificent Cistercian Abbey. Possibility to rent electric bikes by the day for very nice rides in the countryside, forest and vineyards of Chablis. On-site access to dorsal reflexology or sonotherapy (Tibetan bowl).
