It has independent heating, hot water, and all the necessary cooking equipment. It was a small dairy from the 18th century until 30 years ago and is all in local stone, philologically restored. On the ground floor there is a nice kitchen with a dining table and two armchairs, a bathroom and a single bedroom. Upstairs there is the double bedroom, a single room and a nice bathroom with shower. The stairs and floors on the first floor are made of wood, as is the furniture. The house is surrounded by a private garden and has a canopy where you can eat.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.
