very nice interior ,the apartment has everything to be quiet,with your dog the forest is just behind. I liked parking less, but it's also the price of silence

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, although some amenities are still in progress, with a beautiful view of the city and a bonus outdoor hot tub. We recommend it!

Well equipped apartment, in a quiet area. a perfect welcome, you feel at home , with family.

The home is pretty comfortable, the areas are pretty big. The shower is the only thing that is not perfect as the water comes out with little pressure. Cindy is super approachable and kind. We had a really nice weekend at their place.

Fanny is a very friendly host, the accommodation is very nice as described and photos. Quiet location close to amenities. I would definitely recommend it and would go back the next time I visit the area.

Week of 03 to 10 August 2024: very pleasant house and garden, a very convenient garage. Close to the greenway ,the canal,not far from the city center and the shops of Dole . The owners are very responsive to our requests. Great value for the money .

This stay at Anne's was pleasant! We spent 5 nights there with friends and enjoyed every moment: from the hot tub to the chimney fire in the large living room and the open kitchen to the beautiful garden where we spent most of our time. At Anne's, everything is done to rest, enjoy and share great moments. First time in this region, it is also a beautiful discovery of the surroundings with charming little villages and better known towns like Dijon and of course the wine route! Anne has great recommendations, don't hesitate! We'll be back for sure.

Impeccable accommodation, well-equipped, neat interior, quiet and peaceful place. Feeling at home while being in someone else's home is a sign that everything is done to make sure we're there.

Thanks to Charlie for this cozy and nicely decorated home. Very responsive host. Good geographical location (10 minutes from Dole, 45 minutes from Dijon and Beaune, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Hérisson waterfalls). Departure nearby, several bike circuits (circuit through the vineyards from Dijon to Santenay...) or hikes. Pleasant stay in Menotey, I would recommend it.

very nice house, with all the necessities and even more! Charm, and history. Great location to visit the city. The terrace is really a plus not to be overlooked with sunny days or with kids! Lots of games too for entertainment. In short, we were welcomed very kindly and with great care and the house was very nice and easy despite our two small children who enjoyed themselves!
