Exceptional house in the heart of the Jura and its vineyards located on the outskirts of Arbois, a must-see Jurassian town. Ideally located to discover the region, its waterfalls, lakes and all the beauties so characteristic of this department. The property is composed of 2 houses, one being made available for our guests and the one where we live. The 2 houses are separated and independent. Throughout your stay, you will be guided by Xavier & Valérie and their son.

You will appreciate the free parking space on the private parking lot 10 meters from the door of the accommodation. You can take full advantage of its unfenced terrace with garden furniture. The accommodation is refurbished in early 2025, equipped with all the essentials you will need during your stay. A kit composed of coffee pods, sugar, dishwasher tablet, washing machine capsule awaits you. Shower gel, shampoo are at your disposal as well as cleaning supplies.

This bright home includes a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a modern shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious living room of 30m2. The living room gives access to a rolling balcony where you can enjoy the garden furniture for relaxing moments outdoors. You will appreciate the proximity to all amenities: bakeries, restaurants shops... The cinema and train station are just a 5 minute walk away, making it easy to get around and out.

Cozy apartment located on the first floor and close to the thermal baths. Come light, all the basic necessities are available, spices, oil, coffee, tea, bath towel... Make yourself at home without forgetting that you are in my home. Small important point, just be sure to protect the sofa with the available blankets. Not eating on the couch would be great. The bedding is all comfortable (living room convertible too). Outside, you have a furnished terrace and free parking space.
