Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high speed WiFi TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows can be darkened.

In the bathroom, you can expect a big shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The accommodation is located close to Aschaffenburg in the Rhine-Main region and on the edge of the Spessart and Kahlgrund.

The Flinthouse impresses with its round construction, with natural, noble materials and stands on a 27,000 sqm hillside plot (by the forest) with a view over Aschaffenburg to the Bergstraße. Its roof is supported by two strong Spessart oak trunks, which support the visible spruce rafters. Perfect for nature lovers!
