Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into an independent studio with all the amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, sitting area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be off their leash. In a separate part of the garden is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

On the ground floor, accessible to anyone with reduced mobility: equipped fitted kitchen open to a 60 m² living room, dining room equipped with a stove, living room with 1 sofa + 1 sofa bed for 2 people, bedroom for 2 people (160 cm bed), toilet, bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink), laundry room.

You will also appreciate the calm of the site where ponies, horses, dogs, goats and chickens, pigs and geese cross paths.

Located near the confluence of the Creuse, bordering the river (swimming and fishing) and not far from the ruins of Crozant. If you want to escape for a few days or weeks, enjoy a rental in a picturesque setting. In this quiet and friendly place, with family or friends, you can enjoy the many hikes, as well as the charm of the landscapes of Fresselines where water holds a prominent place and which has seduced landscape painters since the end of the 19th century.
