The new Design Business Apartment is located in a house with 8 units. It features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher), 40" LCD TVs, comfortable relax sofa, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer in the house. All new, opening at the end of January 2019. The property is located in the center of Dettingen. In the immediate vicinity there is an inn (Rössle). A supermarket and bakery are just 400m away.

In winter, cross-country trails are available in good snow conditions. Ski lifts are approximately 15 km away. The famous outlet city of Metzingen with over 500 premium and luxury brands can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
