The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

A modernised and cosy 75 m² flat in a well-maintained half-timbered house from the 18th century. There is a large, as-good-as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
